Discovery 200Tdi Battery warning light stays on

Wanderer:
The light being on means that the diode is allowing DC to travel back from the battery via the alternator. It'll flatten the battery after a while.

Try LSUK for the part. They made most of the original electrics anywho

i had to do this to my v8 disco after i went off roading  i think it was the wetness of it all but worked strat after i did the work to it
