gearbox oil

Last time I did the Disco I used MTF instead of ATF in the gearbox as that's what Land Rover are using now.
To get the MTF into the gearbox and the EP90 into the transfer box I got used one of these:


They are a syphon pump made by Draper Tools, stock number 43650, part No SP1, and cost a whole £2.07 on the Draper website and about the same from any good auto parts shop!!  :wink:

That looks like a really good piece of kit, I can' think of a use for it at the moment, but for £2.07 (no telephone call to the bank manger required) I think I must get one anyway.

Next I need something to use it on/for.

But wait, I see a Discovery on my drive (a need will be along shortly I'm sure).

Now where is that credit card.....
