Bobtail kit at Eastnor show

At the LRW show at Eastnor a few weeks back there was a company there with a RR bobtail kit.

There was quite a bit of interest in it each time I passed and unfortunately I was unable to get any details.

Can anyone remember the company name or know what the conversion entails?  It looked like grp body panels that fit on a shortened chassis.
