4 way connector

anyone know where the 4 way brake pipe connector attaches on the front O/S chassis rail :? . I didnt take it off and am now a bit stuck as to where it fits

I seem to recall that it attaches to the steering column bracket somewhere, although, to be perfectly honest, it doesn't seem dreadfully important providing it's there :D

Is that just a connector or is it a warning device (dual circuit brakes)?  If the latter it should be mounted horizontally.

From what I could see of it, its the splitter unit. Two feeds in from the master on the top, two out below, and yes there is wires out too. Its mounted on a flange bracket off the chassis
