Dont know what to do

(1/2) > >>

Garth:
There have been loads of posts about removing the Self leveling unit when lifting suspension. I dont want to lift my RRC but I think the SLU is past its best as my RR sits low at the back end but has new springs and shocks on by previous owner (see other post about paint colur).
Whinne is used mainly on road (but does go off) I tow a 21 foot caravan.  What are my options

MUSKIE:
fit a new slu or place 2 blocks of wood between axle and chassis

Range Rover Blues:
The SLU won't do anything until you drive the car, it works by 'pumping up' every time the car dips low on the back end.  Try the HD 'police spec' rear springs, they are progressive and the full set are about £50 for 4.

Don't just fit spacers if you tow, the standard rear springs are quite soft because of the SLU, a Disco without SLU has heavier springs, these are another option for you.

Garth:
Muskie

Wood that be Ash or Sycamore  :D  :D

Garth:
Cheers RRB

Where will I find more info about the HD police spec springs.
