Title: What film is this ??

 Got 6 weeks holiday off very soon  :dance:    And was planning to catch up on some films ---- BUT--
 There is a film i cant remember  :roll: So i shall tell you all i know off it  :?

  It was in the cinema about 1 year ( max) the story kinda went along the lines of a young lad who was a gardner for a estate, fell in love with the daughter of the house, which was strictly forbidden,And kept secret, ended up getting called up and posted off to war --------------------
 it was probally about the time of the 1st world war ?

  It looked kinda good, and got rave reviews, But as usual never got  to see it :roll:
   Any clues ???

Sounds like Atonement, with Keira Knightly. Good film was up for plenty of awards if i remember correctly.

Filmed in part in south shropshire where the country house had computerated adaptation

bought "rise of the foot soldier" the other day, that is one hell of a film! go watch it!

after watching this film with the missus i now want 2hours of my life back, it may be filmed really well but it stinks more than cat poo or baby sick
