do discovery alloys fit on series 3 axles?

I think the series vehicles had a larger centre hub so later wheels might not fit over them, best thing to do is try one before you buy them if you haven't already.

If you are anywhere near Northampton I've got some alloys without tyres on if you want to try and see if they fit.

No they will not. Series axles have a drive flange stick out the center of the wheels, where as disco wheel's do not. I think they may fit defenders or 90s, but definatly not series 1,2,3 or (I think) stage one.

Welshbreed is right, they foul on the centre of the hub, as do Defenders up to 200TDi.  In addition Disco alloys are not suitable for any 110 due to the weight limit of the parts.

There are a number of aftermarket alloys that are suitable, but you'll probably pay more.

They might fit if you use wheel spacers. Worth a try if you like the wheels.
