ABS TD5

Hi All
On way home from shops my ABS light came on. First any ideas? and second can i check it out like with the blink code method like i did on the old 300TDI?

dont think ya can do a blink code no,first i would check all the wheel bearings,because the abs ring is in the bearing itself,the bearings are all in one unit,reason being,is if the bearing has play at all,it wont pick up a signal,just check for play by jacking it up,and shaking the wheel,other than that that is all you can do without plugging it in mate.

Thanks. Will give it a look at weekend. Strange thing is traction control light came on as well.

Traction control light will come on as it requires a wheel speed signal from the abs sensor
