Title: ABS Relay location
Post by: outbound on May 23, 2010, 16:29:23

Hi, I am still having trouble with my ABS
pump not switching off even with the ignition
Off. I have changed the modulated and the abs ecu
is fine. Picked car up from garage and all worked well
for a day, I am now back to square one. I am now thinking that
the relay may be at fault with an open current, but I can,t find it.
Does anyone know where it is. It is a L series diesel.
Thank, Jeff

Hi, Just for information if anyone ever has the same problem as I have. Before you go to all the expense of changing the ABS module check your relay first. Black one in the drivers side fuse box.
Only £12.50 from an auto electrician.

Glad you've got it sorted. Pity it was more expensive than necessary, but that happens to us all from time to time
