Been looking at a Disco on a J plate with 111000 mls on clock, up here in Nottingham, not bad condition, shame its not a diesel though, only £2495, looked a bit worn on the interior but not too bad

Better not though, really want a diesel.

Has it a LPG conversion?

they can run quite cheaply and make a V8 more comparable(ish) with diesel on running £s

they still hate water though

Unfortunately not, if it had I'd have considered it, both my current vehicles are lpg.

This is why a diesel is more appealing too, but not telling the other half that point.

I'll just keep looking, & saving.
