Brake warning light
« on: June 12, 2005, 13:30:41 »
The brake warning light (I assume it's a warning light - it's the same light that is on when the handbrake is on) on the 110 keeps flickering on and off - when the handbrake is released and you're driving along.

I've checked the pads - they seem OK, the fluid level in the master cylinder is a tad under the max mark when the vehicle is level......

The brakes work fine, it all stops nice and square, no brake fade, and no visible leaks from anywhere, and the fluid level has not dropped. One thing I've noticed is that the handbrake lever only needs to be pulled up ever-so-slightly for the light to come on - is there some adjustment on the switch ?

What else can I check ?
