SebastianW:
I'm surprised I can't find many discussions about this absurdity on landy forums. At 190k miles the flywheel has done well (compared to some) but it's clearly knackered, and the clutch needs seeing to also, so..

LUK seem to be the only manufacturer of the Rangie DMF, despite good competition in the market, and it costs at best £550 on it's own. The BMW and Omega DMFs are around £260 for the same engine and year. BMWs has a different number of teeth on the ring gear, but Omega seems to be the same all round.

Has anyone got any firsthand/secondhand experience of Omega flywheels on the P38 2.5td?
