Van bodies

Starting to change the 90 again, this time to a van - but the question is do I insulate the back or not?

What have people done or used?

do it i used loft insulation then plywood over the sides and roof sections it cut out so much noise and warms up a lot better
just get muddy

Used camping mats for roof, and kingspan for sides.

great improvement.
1995 300tdi 90 rebuilt and on the road (but still a project)
