I'm with ERS through Lancaster with an agreed valuation but that is for a 90.

I guess that many brokers go with them as they are one of the few (only) companies that do agreed valuations?

Well spoke agin to Adrian Flux and explaind my situation and well a slight solution If I reduce my seats to 7 instead of 11 seats and increase my premium from
One Life Live It......If you Can afford it

I wouldn't bother, they won't pay out the agreed value in any case, that's been our experience.

For what reason did they not pay out your agreed value as that is the point of it, it is agreed in advance?

The small print allows them to reduce the agreed value if the market value falls.  In the end they didn't even pay out because it dragged on and on, then my sister got ill and by the time she was ok they had closed their files.
