"Floaty Light" LSE Brought Down to Earth!
« on: April 21, 2009, 19:09:16 »
SWMBO's LSE has been a little problematic recently. The air suspension has been in a coma and continually sits down on the job yet shows no faults. The ignition barrel has develope3d a new security feature... it ignores the key...! Also... the oil cooler threw up transmission fluid all over the street t'other day... accompanied by the sound of "Kerching!".

SWMBO was all for selling it... but between me and our local garage (Douglass Motors - Wolston) we've persuaded her to hang on to it. (Mind you, the very young 4.6 under the bonnet (see signature!), autobox and comfort level has helped!)

So.. currently the heart of the air system is being given the needle and a shiny set of coils is going underneath.

I'm hanging on to the compressor and resevoir etc so I can set my Disco up with on board air (when I figure out how!) but the other bits will be up for sale in due course... keep an eye on the for sale forum, or PM me if yer interested.
