Can't honestly say I know, but somebody the other day mentioned that they're supposed to be within a certain distance of the midline of the car, so that technicians can find them easily...?

OBDII *SHOULD* be around the transmission tunnel or easilly visible under the dash someplace.
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

I would got to http://www.itocuk.co.uk/forums/ they will know

Very similar cars are the Fronteras (based on the MU,same running gear as Isuzu, bar some engines) , so the early ones are to the right of the steering column, then if not there check behind, I think the passenger head light.
Or in the later model Frontera's its located in the central dash behind the coin holder.
Again thats where VX stuck it Isuzu may have been more practical

Check that site you will get a definitive answer
