Right, been thinking for a while (and looking at pictures on suggs thread) I have a very nice patriot roof rack with hella spots, that isnt used very much, and i thought if i sell it, i could afford a full soft top kit, i would look at bending my own bars and make a roll cage type bar structure and buy the hood new, i would keep my hard top for the winter, and prob buy a bikini hood for the height of summer, wondering about security though, and also any down sides to it, also canvas or mohair??

man after my own hart..

security with a soft top is pretty much non existent, so not good for leaving anything valuable in..

mohair looks nice but is mega bucks and if you off road a lot then it will get ruined in the mud..
