Hi all, I have ordered some ties and staples for my S3 SWB to fit my canvas but i'm not to sure where all the bits go on the tub!? :oops:  Can anyone help with a pic or two please [-o< ,

Ok
here's a couple of pics showing side and rear location od the tie  points



Here you see 3 down the side of the tub



Although this is a lightweight the fittings are the same on the rear


Do you have the extra piece that fits on the front of the windscreen, for the external loops of the canvas
and the two hoops on the inside of the window for the tensioner straps to pass though

If you fancy a day trip to Luton, I'll be happy to show you how ours is fitted.

I haven't taken it down yet, but eventually, we are looking to aquire a hardtop for the winter months.

Thanks for the pics  :D , as you can see I now have the canvas fitted  \:D/  but cant see where the strap that goes above and round the screen ties to on the inside :?

For the inside fitting, it should be the same as a Series 2, have a look at this:

Amber is a 1971 Series IIa with a 2286 petrol

Once you have the hoops hooked in on the front and the sides, you just tie a couple of half hitches onto the metal hoop, job done
