we bought a warrenty out with car and about 6 weeks ago we took it in coz handbrake went and husband mentioned the windows..they said it will get sorted under the warrenty but now it still isnt done and they says its not covered under the warrenty but all the other matrixes are.....

I would read the T&C of your warrenty and then ask them exatly where it staes that the matrix is not included.

Then write to the manager

And kcik up some fuss, but politley.

Check your warranty carfully....and argue as above....needs a day or more labour for proffesional replacement as it is a big job and part is over 100 quid...

If you cant get covered by warranty try Kseal http://www.ksealit.com/index.asp?function=DISPLAYPRODUCT&productid=98&gclid=CJvh9fXpwI8CFQEkQgodT2jjYg available at most motorist stores and is ideal for this problem...just ensure you run heater when you put it in.

Wasnt bought from Shardlow Landrover by any chance???? Was it???
