Got a 110, thinking of suspension to heavy duty springs + gas shocks, if I were to 2" lift would I have to alter other bits or is this only when you go for a bigger lift?

I have a +2" suspension lift on my 110...Old Man Emu Heavy Duty Springs & Shocks.
The only other mods I have done is -2" rear shock mounts, Devon 4x4 relocation cones on rear spring & Devon 4x4heavy duty spring clamps.
If your 110 is a Td5 you may want to add double cardon props if you get some binding or vibration.
Don't forget a 2" lift is a lift from standard height from NEW so if your 110 is saggy you could be raising it along way.
Did everyone see that?  Because I will NOT be doing it again!
