I'm running a green laning day for the Nissan and Ford Maverick 4x4 Owners Club on 5th May, and wondered if anyone from here would like to come along. As I'd like to control numbers to some extent I won't publish precise details on here but will contact anyone interested by PM, but the basics are as follows.
MEET POINT and TIME
Meet: Saturday 5th May 2007. Knottingley area..
Landranger map series, sheet 105
Petrol/Diesel available near start.
Depart for days Green lanes 0930 sharp.
CB: Initially set to channel 30 from 0845.
All lanes have been driven and are suitable for even the shiniest of motors, apart from one which can be avoided by those that wish to.
This will be an ideal beginners day, nothing too testing but some quite interesting lanes non the less. Perhaps an opportunity to let some else do the driving, or if you don't normally bring the family along.
Not limited to Nissans and Mavericks, we've got one Defender on board already.
