Rear door panel

does anyone have a template for the inside rear door panel?
I want to make a nice varnished wooden one, but being a lazy g*t, I can't be bothered to take the rear door apart to get it off and then have to put it all together again before it is complete.

I'm in Warsash and have an unfitted chequer plate panel.

If you want to bring a big sheet of card and a pen - feel free to sketch around it.
