S3 half shafts
« on: April 20, 2007, 11:57:10 »
I am having a clearout, and need to sell some half shafts. I have 2 short and 2 long, BUT............. one of the pong ones is 34 1/2" and the other 38". All have 10 splines for diff and 24 for drive member.I would like to know which is the series shaft and what the is for. They were both bought as spares for the series.
Any help appreciated,
Dave

Dave,

I have an SWB Ser 3 - '83 vintage - which half-shaft fits?  I could do with a 'spare - just in case'.  Wud the new one be correct?  What sort of price are you looking for?

John
