CJ7 good , bad ?? i may be about to aquire one dead cheap that needs some work but i know nothing about them, any good sites i can look on for info would be appreciated :D

Coolest non landy 4x4 as far as im concerned, have a real drink problem and rot badly........  Which engine?  I nearly ended up with a 4.2 on lpg but in the end chickened out.......

Parts in the UK..try Lighthouse in Diss or US automotive in Dunstable..most bits can be sourced from the US at not too much squids..initially try Quadratec or 4wd Hardware

A couple of good US sites are Jeep Horizons and Links 4 Jeeps

As IOM sort of suggested try Rockznruts as well as J33P.org

Just coz its a Yank it doesn't mean its very expensive to run just maybe some TLC......Buy it and start smiling :lol:

There is a guy called v8 Bubba www.birtydastardsjeepclub.com. who knows cj,s inside and out. If he don't it about a cj, it aint worth knowing.

thanks for the recomendation guys i dont know for sure but i think birtys may have the most cj owners on its forum sure they can and do rust but it is normaly where yuo can see it chasis are very good i have heard of the odd one cracking but never rusting out unless its been on the coast on a slipway.
