i thought id tell you about a little garage ive stumbled accross in plymouth,

well this guy really does do a great job on toyota surfs,
he has worked on mine a few times now,
he owns a couple of 4x4s himself,
he just replaced the head on my 3.0 td and well fantastic job,and cheap,
he also services the surfs,and is more than capable of any extra modifications,i saw his surf which he has modified to take a winch,and when i have saved enough funds i will get him to fit one for me to,
i also bought a set of 31 / 10.50 / 15 tyres new, really chunky off road tread fully fitted for like £60 each and well they are spot on,
trust me this guy is 100% genuine and cheap,you wont be dissapointed.
