Ive been on sky for 3 months now had no probs. They installed every thing and supply the kit.

Went for the full package 16meg with unlimited download.

All though I'm on my 3rd sky+ box in the same time :( . Hope this one lasts.

Customer 'service' is total pants ... I mean really pants (with poo on).

If you get shunted through to tier 4 support you really have had it. Nobody can contact them except by email and they call you to sort out your problem, well they say they will. We waited for over 3 weeks for our call and nobody called. Got up one morning and we were online!!!

We went for unlimited upto 16M. Getting about 6.5M but not disapointed as wasnt expecting much more due to distance to exchange. Not had any emails about excessive downloads.

Lost service once for about 2 hours on a weekday morning.

Router is plug n play. No effort to set up. 4 wired ports and also wireless connection. We dont use the wireless so cant comment on it.

Oh and you have to use their router. They wont give you any info on how to set up another.
