jus a quickey, i have a mk3 hilux, need help of the diff breathers and gearbox breathers, have just done my snorkel, just trying to loate the breathers so i dont flood them, lol any help appreciated.

not sure where to start, principles for the ones on landrovers would be the smae i suppose, somewhere up and out of the way...?

well this is it, i think i have found them, but they seem to be capped on thediffs, ???  il post pics of my sorkel on here later for you, very easy to do some big flexy hose, and a bit of handy hole-saw work, look a treat. lol

i have the mount, its bull-bar style, hard to find apparently! got to persuade SWMBO i need a winch first.. then it will be fastened on  :twisted:

might be for sale yet tho, as she knows the price range of winches!

Hi mate,

On the MK1, 2 & 3 hilux pickups the front and rear diff breathers can be extended with this kit i do http://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQsassZgupster2000QQhtZ-1

the gearbox and transfer box both breathe through the top of the gear selectros so there isint really much you can do to help unless your doing serious water crossings i wouldnt of thought you would get any problems unless the water level is slosshing around your feet in the cab!!
