Also has anyone got these fitted to a 200tdi, if so how does it affect pulling away from a stanstill??

They may well fit but for safety you ideally want a 9 or 10" wide rim, with a 7" wide rim you stand the chance of them rolling off when cornering etc.

cheers Chris, i may well stick with the setup i've got them.Was just watching a set of alloys on ebay off a 300tdi and it got me thinking as i will need to think about replacing my tyres in a few months and thought about going up to that size but might just get another set of 235/85 16's instead :cry:
