recommended supplier

Felt I had to mention this. My T-max outback died last weekend, stripped it and found some mud/water ingression, rang supplier and was told not warranted for such use.
They also advised they were in legal proceedings with supplier, and could no longer obtain warranty/parts. I emailed T-max tools and got no reply so far.
Things looked bleak, I can appreciate their position, and I guess my winch has been ....erm....abused.
The fella at the suppliers said he may be able to help with some parts off a partially stripped winch they had, not sure about them though.
Imagine my surprise when a parcel was delivered by TNT, containing a used Tmax motor and winch end plate. No charge etc, just turned up.
Just want to mention that for customer care, TRADEWINCH(.com) cant be beat. Nice bloke, knowledgeable, and damned friendly. :!:
Go on....cut me in half........it says SUZUKI all the way thru the middle!!
