Does anyone know if the headlights from a series LR (halogen upgrades) will fit my RRC?

I'm pretty sure they will.   They are just 7" bowls, so don't see any reason why they shouldn't

Headlights

Yes they do, all 7" lamps are much of a muchness, be careful if you get the ones with a sidelight in though as it fouls the mounting ring and can cause the sidelights to short if the cable chafes through.  Not sure that 4 sidelights are legal though anyway.
Paddocks are damn cheap for the Wipac Quadoptic which are a good light but wasted a little on the Rangie as it sits so high up, I also like the Ring/Autopal ones I had before but they are a loose fit in the holder (strips of cornflake packet required) which is why I dropped and bust them.
