Retro fit aircon
« on: October 13, 2006, 18:16:08 »
Hi all,

Could anyone tell me if it is possible to fit aircon to a 97 Disco 1 300TDi that does not have it fitted as standard?

If I found a disco that was being scrapped or sourced the parts seperately would the aircon just bolt on or would any modifications have to be made?

Think I have been spoiled by driving cars for so long!

Thanks

Steve

the entire dash as come out so you can swap the heater box, took me about 6 hours to swap.and  then a lot more time for rest of the pipes , radiator and pump.
