Annoying jobs
« on: July 31, 2006, 09:06:10 »
Finally got around to fixing all the annoying things, like the speedo waving, so took the rear prop of and drum, found it all full of oil, I was wondering why it wasn't working as a hand brake. Found the nut could be un done with my fingers, so that wasn't a good sign. So replaced the oil seal, new shoes and springs, nut all done up nice a tight with the help of a borrowed torque wrench.

Moved on to fix the dripping return pipe of the bottom of the injector, new one way valve and return pipe, which is actually a pain in the ass to fit and not create more leaks  :!:

Finally got around to fitting my new snorkel, with the help of B+q drainpipe and silicon sealant and 10 jubilee clips.
