Turbo Hoses on a TD4

Hi all, still have not got all the problems sorted on this td4 sport and looking for some advice. Oil was blowing out of a rubber turbo air hose all over the engine bay (the first pipe you see when you open the bonnet). Landrover said this was normal for a this hose to have oil in it and tightend up all the clips and sent me on my way. Now the oil seems to be seeping through the rubber hoses and also now blowing out at the connection beside the battery. Any ideas on this would be great and is oil in a turbo pipe normal.

I had the same conversation with the dealer the other day, apparentley the hose in question, it is quite normal for oil to seep through sounds odd to me :?
