200 tdi in a series 3

Hi I intend to do an engine conversion for my series 3 and dont know whether a 200 tdi will go straight in a series. The 200 tdi is from a discoso has the tubro on the bottom. Any info appreciated 8)
Land rover series 3 (Old-Man-Emu shocks, overdrive, 90 wheels+Colway A/Ts, Paddocks parabolics)

1.8 petrol Freelander (standard)

stanton boy put one in his S3,i fitted a disco Tdi into my 90,not really that hard a job just the exhaust is the hardest bit IMHO

I concur.  Very easy swap, just have to mess around with the exhaust front pipe and there are many differant ways to go about that problem.  If you want the details drop us a PM.
