No honest, I drove home 22miles in the pouring rain & it all stopped outside

Yes, I was surprised as well. My Discovery had a stream down the interior of the windscreen whenever it got wet

Yes. As you stated, it's a separate entity to club membership? & freely available??

You might miss the Disco heater a bit at this time of year though

But you've got an Ebersp, Ebbers, Eborspra, one of those heater thingies.   :D

I'm tough
I had;
1 winter with a bog-stock 2A Light-Weight (with an ill-fitting Hard-Top)
3 winters with a 110Tdi Hard-Top
1 winter with a 90V8-CSW
3 (& a bit)winters with the Discovery

None of them heated up on the way to work from where we used to live (they do now, as it's twice as far)

You may recall i posted a copy from our transport law book regarding vehicles fitted with more than 9 seats are regarded as buses and therfore are not allowed into the outside lane of a motor way or carrage way with 3 lanes or above.
Could you look into it?
For yourself (so you dont get any daft points) and to put the rest of our minds at rest as to if this regards 11 seat Land Rovers.
I, for one, want to know that official line on this as a 110 is on my 'to-do' list at some point.

Nice motor,

Sorry to join this so late, but we all seem to have missed the vital question:

What does Joanne think to it?

She's happy that I'm happy & have got what I've wanted for absolutely years (wait till I start using the 'M' word* though)

I don't know if she'll drive it at any point though (only drove Discovery once in 3years)
I'll be she has a comment, or 2, about the middle-row seats

Well she used to drive (daily) the 110Tdi, as we were poorer then   & it was our only car.

It held no fears for her, she invariably won the supermarket parking challenge

No, not yet,as it's still got the tight-fisted LR radio/cassette

New alarm will come before a CD player, just so long as I can get Johnnie Walker I'm happy

Much as I like Steve Earle, I'd sooner share space with the Dixie Chicks though

I thought all Heritage 110's were 9 seaters anyway???

4 seperate seats in the back, three on the next two in the front.

BTM, if I've got your reg right, your 110 is listed as a 9 seater anyway according to the chassis number.

And build date is listed as: 20/07/1999

Very nice Landy though...

No it's 2 3-seater benches in the rear & a cubby box in mine (the specific 'Heritage' brochure shows a 12seat arrangement)
