Hi guys am i right in thinking that a td5 bulkhead and 300tdi are both the same (more so where and how it fits to the transmission tunnel  Thinking ) and would i be able to fit the hinges for my fold down screen to one of these.

I used a TD5 bulkhead on mine, but modded it back for the LT77 box. The screen hinges bolted on fine.

I believe the tunnel area will be the same for your 300, but some of the wiring holes may need to be moved.

Well here is where the fun starts  Rolling eyes i am slowly putting a td5 into my c reg 90 i am changing the box to the R380 so i have got a td5 seat box and tunnel but this does not match up with the bulkhead so just thinking about changing the bulkhead for a td5 or 300tdi so that it all lines up nicely  Dear Lord...
