I am asking this on behalf of a friend who has a Nissan Terrano.

She has seen the roof rails on the X-Trail Sport that have the little spotlights built into the front edge and would quite like to fit some onto her Terrano if possible.

What I am wondering is how close a fit to the roof shape would they be? The drilling/bolting/wiring shouldn't be a problem but she just doesn't want a load of body filler to be used if at all possible.

Many thanks.

I'm sure they won't fit or not with out a lot of hassle reshaping things.
