The Club Shop is operated on a minimal-stock system which means that many orders are made as they arrive.
The club shop is staffed by volunteers who give up their own time for the benefit of the club. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of any order.
If your order hasn't arrived after this time and you would like an update, please send an email to
shop@mud-club.com Remember to include the name and address as used on the original order, as well as any order reference number you have been given. Please be patient.. we can't guarantee that you'll get an answer within 5 minutes of sending !
All shop orders are sent by Recorded Delivery so full tracking information is available. Before you chase an order, please make sure that you have not had a card through your letter box to tell you that someone has tried to call.
